The hood can be opened.... just have to have a good arms reach and replace the hood release cable... <---- Easy Job

The 94-95 PCM sucks really bad when it comes to reliability... Usually if it has a lot of Issues and the SES is on, there may be a Computer issue... 99% of people will let one of these cars go really cheap as they can't figure out what wrong with the car...

Its hard to say without looking at it...

If its in decent shape I would get it, But I'd like to know if its driveable as in trans ok?
