Definitely a good commercial (the first one). I love this time of the year -lets me know racing is here and summer is on it'* way. WOOOHHOOOOOO!!!!

No, I didn't see that one, but I've been gone drifting in my parents full size 1988 Dodge Ram extended van that is the same size as those 18 passenger church vans.
Nothing like seeing a big van with wide whitewall (Firestone FR475 235/75/15'*) leaving a big ol cloud of smoke going sideways.

My brothers cargo van does it better though. He has a 1990 Dodge Ram B250 with the same EFI 318, but he has a better rear end and one more gear. That thing will light them up at 35-40 mph if there is nothing in the back of the van.
I should really learn to take videos with the digi camera so I can show you the fun.

I think DJ will race AGAINST the truck. That'* my guess. They used the whole season last year to build up to this. I think they'll drag it out

i always thought it would be funny if jarret took out the truck on a few pace laps. i truly have believed that that might happen, but with this latest breakthrough, i dunno. some internet junkie has to come up with future commercials of this happening. i cant wait!

I saw one do that... sorta. He was bookin it around this turn on teh highway and the trailor clipped the edge of the highway. All 18 were smokin as he was goin sideways till he was in the grass. Rather impressive that he kept the sunny side up (got close). Scarry as all hell for everyone that was behind him (aka ME)

There used to be an *-curve by my house on the highway. Trucks flipped over there once every two weeks minumum. Now theyve spent like 2 million and made a BANKED slightly strighter * curve. But no more trucks filp over.


On topic comment- I dont car THAT much who wins, just as long as i get to see fast cars.
