Could be getting a house
with a heated garage
things are looking up i think. Found an older decent house for cheap.. With a roommate there it would be about a $300 a month savings from what I am at right now. Except they need a cosign for the lease if you are under 21 (which I am about a year from, and my parents live in the ocean off the coast of California). 2000SQ feet, wood heat, wood floors. It could get interesting. 2 fridges, one for beer one for food.
Thinking about a LCD projector in the living room for entertainment, 7Meg DSL connection, and of course a warm place to work on a bonnie I will be getting this winter.

Sounds like a nice place. I have been looking for a while now. I suggest it cause I didn't do it when I first got here and it would have been the best decision.
