haha

Custom: my new year'* resolution is to gain weight.. aye i weight 190, 6ft tall, and can bench 115lbs.. and yet I have a 32 waist.. The more I eat, the stonger I get, and i still stay skinny. i think this is my last resort, because I lived on junk food for about 6 months, and it has done nothing for me.

95SLE: Would it be better if I would fully cook the steak, then just let it stew in the bacon grease on low for a while? It'* too cold to grill.. even though i would totally do it, my mom would never let me .

Midnight Express: Nope, no EMT'*.. just the phone to call 911 when I kill myself eating it.

You think you need to gain wait. I would kill to weight that much! I can't gain weight no matter what I do. I am 5'11" and weigh 123lbs. (last time I checked, like a few weeks ago), and have a 28" waist. I have to buy pants with 30" waist and wear a belt so I can get the right length. I'm not very strong, but I can do pull ups all day long. I need to do something to gain weight. I am a cook at a resturant and eat food all day long when I work, I have Bacon Cheeseburgers, grilled fish, steak dinners, all sorts of different ice cream, all day long, today I even had a huge blueberry pancake. Yet I've gained 5lbs. since I started working there 11 months ago. I don't understand it. It helps make my car faster though...

As for the steak. If you want to soak it in Bacon grease, you are going to want to cook the steak so it is prepared how you like it, and then soak it in the hot grease. (well warm grease, just sitting on low like you suggested). It should work well. I might try this at work one day and see what it tastes like. However, it seems like wrapping it in bacon would make it much more tasty then soaking it in the grease IMO. Although, maybe you could soak it in the grease, and then wrap the bacon around it... Hmm...lots of things for me to try here.

Wow, dbtk you make me look fat . An ex of mine suggested I go to the doctor, and ask for some metabolism slowing pills. I don't know if they exist, but that'* what my problem is, my metabolism is too fast. I don't really like doctors.. so I am just going to stick with what I've got.. and keep trying creative methods on my own.

I think I am going to be buying a big bulk box of bacon this week. Our freezer is already full of steak. Nobody is going to notice if one piece is missing.

Don't boil the steak in bacon grease!! Are ya goofy?

I'm from the south, so I know about bacon grease. Use it insted of oil or butter to fry the steak. Also great for eggs, popcorn, cheicken fried steak, more bacon.....
