Aren't there some viruses that attack the bios? If not, I'll never think it is a virus again.

There are some that will corrupt or erase a bios, but then the machine wouldnt even boot (probably a bunch of beeps if anything), a few of todays motherboards have dual bios'* and the second will kick in if the first is corrupt. I don't know of any virii that will spout a keyboard error though

There are, but they are VERY rare, and pretty much unheard of now. Motherboards are being released every few months for new hardware it can be hard to keep up if they change the BIOS'*.

i think they all got it...but the resident computer geniuses of BC were discussing what was causing that computer to have that error to start with.

It'* real though, sure it'* funny as chit, but hey it'* one of those silly things. Like All your base are belong to us...

Yes it is hilarious. My roomate got it a lot last year, but then again he built a computer and didn't know what a jumper was (he was very lucky till he was moving his HD around)
