I would subbest doing some research on how to do this the easiest in XP. I know there are tons of sites out there, written in normal people talk not uber-geek, that cover this stuff.

I'm pretty sure BonneMe is right, and XP asks you all this stuff on a clean install, but before you go formatting and other irreversable stuff, give it a look-see on line.

Only need another program if you wanna repartition before you reinstall, so you can save your old stuff.
