will one of those pci fans help cool my video card cuz my video card doesnt have a fan and it gets very warm after a while of playing halo. or does anybody know of a way to help cool down my geforce fx 5200?

That slot cooler may help a bit.

There are aftermarket heatsink/fan combos for video cards, if ya look around.

ive been looking around online alot and ive found nothing do u know of any sites? it has a heatsink already on it but it gets laggy after playing for a while.

CompUSA has them. Only national chain I can think of. You might have a MicroCenter in your area. Both availabe online.

i have a old smaller fan for a processor but i cant think of a way to mount it wil it hurt the video card if a take the heatsick off for a little bit?

If your going to use the card, don't take off the heatsink. There is a powerful processor under there at runs very hot. Heatsink is more important than a fan.

i know that but i found a 80mm or what ever the size is but its out of a dead power supply and the fans works but all it has is a red and black but i want to put on a connector so im gonna take it off the deap power supply my question is which is the ground on the (think its called molex connector) the yellow of the black? and which can i use cuz it has red, 2 blacks in the middle and a yellow at the end.

You should only need one red, one black. The connector you are talking about has 4 leads for 2 voltages. 12 and 5 volts.

An 80 mm fan is gonna be huge and loud for just a video card. CompUsa has video card fans for about 10 bucks. For example...
