Default Cold, Flu, H1N1 Chart

With all the confusions and often panic associated with flu like symptoms, our medical authority in Washington State has built a chart that helps care providers to determine whether symptoms are cold, seasonal flu or possible H1N1.

This chart is not intended to diagnose, but to help in making a decision on whether or not to seek further health care.

Hopefully this can help you in eliminating any fear anytime you get the sniffles, but most importantly it should help from overtaxing medical resources that are caring for those with colds or seasonal flu that fear they have H1N1.

Scary, scary flu. Even if it hasnt yet hit adults much. It had already crossed 3 specie'* (Bird,Swine,Human) and now Mrs. V told me they got a report at her clinic that a cat has now been Lab confirmed as having H1N1. The report also advises against saying it cant be passed to Dogs as well. Not sure why that was included in the report. Whats insidiously sinister about this is the bug mutated since vaccine production, and if it crosses back from pets back to people, a much more serious problem could arise. Flu'* are an organism, and with the ability to mutate to survive, and ever get "smarter", it can only get worse with medical science unable to truly understand or contain it.
