Dude in the truck is in trouble! In most states, any thing that protrudes more than 24" from the back of a commercial vecle is an oversize load, and can't be moved at night. Even if that'* not the case in your state, he didn't have it marked adequately. He should have had a red light on that.

The first thing I thought was he should have had either a red or yellow light on it.
