I wonder though, I don't think the news story actually specified that she was black.

you see if it was me, i'd look at it. snicker a little, and life would go on. that somebody who is looking for problems where none exist.
i deal with this everyday at work, poor translations that is, we sell teflon tape in ten packs that prodly proclaim that they're "better than dope"... i don't know man, dope'* pretty good.

And with the translations, it is always best to have a HUMAN translate cause the computer programs that translate often don't do a really good job. They don't understand context very well and they do not always use the correct word.
Sometimes profane words are very close to the "good" version of a word, depending on if it is used as a noun or verb...
French speakers - you know like with the word "baiser..."

Wow....and how many manuals and instructions do you get with produtcs you buy these days have typos? In all honesty, if I were the judge in that case, I'd laugh it right out of the court rooms. Innocent mistake. That'* just what the word happened to be this time....Most times it tthe or something like that....or words that just don't get spaced and letters that don't get capitalized.....
