That'* one of the primary benefits of living in Ohio - VERY low housing prices. Cleveland, OH was ranked #1 in liveability in the United States several times...Cleveland is 45 minutes from Alliance.

I have seen some VERY nice houses in the greater Cleveland area.
Including one with a 6 car garage with marble floors and a Ferrari in one of the bays.
I set up a couple of Dino Jumps for a kid'* B-day party, got a$50 tip.

Yea, Greater Cleveland has some BEAUTIFUL suburbs, with some of the highest ranked schools in the country. People tend to underestimate Ohio...makes me sad :( Cleveland is a very old money establishment city. Hell, Rockefeller and many other noteables lived in Greater Cleveland.

Btw...the other city that volleyballs with Cleveland for #1 in liveability is PITTSBURGH, PA.

Yup. I happen to live in a Cleveland Suburb, Amherst. We have top ranked schools here, VERY low crime, and houses range from 100k all the way up to 2.5 million. Politics are balanced, downtown is nice with a old town charm. A LOT of people underestimate Ohio, but NE Ohio is really where all the good stuff is at.

Definitely...NE Ohio is unlike the rest of the state. It has the highest concentration of people with 4 major cities all within 45 minutes of each other (Cleveland - 480,000 people, Akron - 220,000, Canton - 75,000, and Youngstown - 85,000.) The NE Ohio area has a population of well over 5 million. and is the 14th largest Combined Statistical Area in the United States. Ohio is also 7th in population in the United States. More than 37% of Fortune 500 businesses are present in NE Ohio. Playhouse Square Center is the second largest theater district in the United States.

It also amazes me how people talk about Ohio being FLAT. Sure, parts of it are flat, but a large part of the state is in the foothills of the Allegheny mountains. Cleveland and Akron have SPECTACULAR views and unbelievable outdoor recreation spots.

Call me bias, but I've been all over the country...and I wouldn't move from NE Ohio if ya paid me. Sometime I'll put some incredible pics up.

On the Theater, why on earth to they build the entire room, then put that crap in there for seating, if you're going through all of that for riser'd seating, get some HT seating..

Pool table = wtf as well..

I do like a lot of the woodwork in there, a lot of nice designs in the building as well..
