I caught a employee stealing parts (over $2500 worth of shyt) but to make it worse is was for a ford.... and then today his friend doesnt come into to work cause i suspected him of stealing also.... now i have to work over 70 hours a week to cover there shifts

70 hours a week would be awesome if you're hourly, but I doubt it.. most store managers are salary. So 70 hours a week would really SUCK since you get the same pay no matter how much you work.
