Caught employee
I caught a employee stealing parts (over $2500 worth of shyt) but to make it worse is was for a ford.... and then today his friend doesnt come into to work cause i suspected him of stealing also.... now i have to work over 70 hours a week to cover there shifts

You are better off with them gone. Now get your butt in gear and hire competent help. Will the replacements be your first new hires as the Manager of the store?

70 hours a week would be awesome if you're hourly, but I doubt it.. most store managers are salary. So 70 hours a week would really SUCK since you get the same pay no matter how much you work.
