Default Car Insurance Prices suck

I have geico and have been a customer for over 10 years anyway I got a ticket in VA in 2005 for speeiding and it just hit my insurance now. Went up from 660 for six months to 880 for six months. Found out the only reason they just found out about it was because I recently updated my policy to take off both lien holders on my cars as they are paid in full and that made them automatically run a DMV report which showed the ticket. So its my own fault on both cases I guess. Sure didnt want to have to spend 200.00 extra this month. Called geico thay claim they are doing me a favor but only charging me 1 insurance point for the 20 mph+ speeding ticket.

Sorry to say guys but you have not idea how lucky you are that your insurance rates are so low............yes I said low. Mick (my 18 year old) has no tickets and a clean record but if he were to purchase a cheap car his insurance would be $5000.00 per year minimum. At present he doesn't own a car and borrows mine from time to time and has an amazing rate of only $850.00 per year. That very low in Canada. Oh ya I forgot to mention, our cars has no collision on them.

No kidding. I'm paying double on top of your already bad rate just in order to 'borrow' my parents' car. It'* pretty much because I live within Toronto.
