Must be nice just to able to fall asleep...I can not. It takes me on average about an hour to fall asleep and then I never sleep through the night. PDad hates that, no matter how quiet he tries to be, he always wakes me up, and then of course it takes another hour for me to fall asleep again. I am an extremely light sleeper, which in some ways is good, but in other ways it can be really bad. And of course I have times when I can not sleep at all, I just can't seem to turn my brain off, the last time that happened I went 2 days without sleep and on the third night I finally took a sleeping pill and I still woke up half way through the night :?

it takes me about an hour to fall asleep, unless i pass out for some reason
i once had a lady friend that would sleep so hard it actually made me mad. stayed the night one night, sleep on the living room floor, when i woke up to the sun i tried to get her up. she was curled in a ball and wouldnt react to any noise. i tried turning her on her back and stretching her out...nothing, i shook her, i yelled at her, i tickled her....i got nothing...i left the house without seeeing er get up. in some situations, that would be super scary!

I like to set the timer on the tv and fall asleep to that. Otherwise my brain would keep thinking about things I need to do and I'd never get to sleep.

well I semi-couldn't sleep last night. I crashed at 12.. however I woke up several times during the night, so I didn't have as deep of a sleep as I usually do. I wonder what will happen tonight?
