why not buy some super cheap scrap car, park it in the driveway and put the insurance on that?

Make a grill out of the trunk and storage for lawn stuff from under the hood. Its still a car and you can still insure it.

Don't you still have the van somewhere?

It might technically be construed as insurance fraud.. I dunno how long I would run with it.. Find some $50 beater that runs, and have fun with it in the winter, and keep it as a 2nd vehicle...

And...

Keep up the ticket free streak ;)

Not sure about the differences, but did you know that I could take out a life insurance policy on any of you, and if you croaked, I get paid? If car insurance was anything like that, there'd be plenty of room for some creative business propositions...

:naughty:

im gunna insure all the white cars!!!!

I guess I'll call Progressive tonight.

I don't have room for a 2nd car at the new house, let alone a beater. If you drive anything older than 1990 you get a lot of weird looks in the neighborhood.

I am insuring the Bonneville that I bought from James with USAA, but have not transdered the title and they know that.

I still don't understand how insuring two is cheaper than one. Should be more.

I had the lumina as my driver, and the multicar discount takes off a lot.
