I do!! Its big enough to bring in the engine and work on it though. Plus it has its own A/C so when its 120 out I can bring in the engine and work on it there.
Wow, a garage with Air Conditioning!!

Yep when I bought my house I made an offer asking for the for the ride on tractor in the deal. They said no but came back with a $5000.00 cheaper price so I still made out. Dumb on thier part. House was listed for $253,900 got it for $245,000 and it appraised for $261,000 so it was a good deal.

Hey Vince congrats toy bother of you. Home ownership is one of the greatest feelings next to buying your first car.

Basically long story short. I am still sleeping on the couch

Haha no she was confused at first. I drove her around looking for this house we were "suppose" to see I even called the realtor and asked if the house was blue. The realtor was waiting for us at the house we bought, to sign the papers. So when we got there she was like ummm... this is the house I want and you said didn't like it. So I just said come on see if you like it still. As we walked in the Realtor goes so you need to sign right here Tarah. Tarah was like ??? She started signing and I said you started signing and I didn't even look at the price we bought it for? She said we bought it? I thought this was just for an offer. Then I told her the whole story and said if the appraisal and inspection goes good this is your house, its already negoiated. So she was very happy and excited. And well, just say I got some .......... Cookies that night.
