Also, I would like later on to throw in something like a KA24DE or even an SR20DET with a turbo and a 6-speed. That would do great to make all the Nissan forums spam this to death, and then I could take this out to the drag strip and actually do something. Maybe not in that order. Either way this goes, I think this would be a great time to mention I'm making a site dedicated to making this.

I can't blow up something like that. I had a talk about this with 1337ssei'* dad, and he said I shouldn't do that since my time and such should be used towards a good cause. More than likely, this will happen. However, I couldn't just blow it up when I'm done with it at least because I'd feel bad for one person'* advice.
The things that make a rice burner are unnecessary efforts to make a normal car seem fast. Even a Neon SRT-4 can be a good daily driver. No car needs to be fast, but I really like driving fast vehicles. Ricers attempt to make normal vehicles appear fast for some unknown reason. I'm sure all the money for those mods is better spent on performance since you barely see your car'* exterior while driving.
I don't know what makes rice burners dress up their cars so extensively, but I believe it'* because more stuff can be bought for looks for the same amount of money as a few performance parts. This excludes increased maintenance once you get into high-rpm engines, transmissions, and the like. This may seem weird, but perhaps the people truly responsible for this rice burning are those making everyone consume to such an extent.
Then, there are the retarded ones. Here'* an example that I saw about a month ago:

Just make absolutely sure that all exterior modifications are SECURELY attached before driving around. I'd hate to find out someone caught a park bench in the windshield as they were eating your dust....

Oh man, forget the coffee can muffler, get something larger like a 5 gallon metal paint can. Though that could be tricky to mount. Maybe instead of a park bench, find some cheap Sauder piece of furniture at a yard sale. I think a coffee table might work And even though it isn't ricer-like, I think you should weld the doors shut.
