My moms owned fords all her life and she recently bought an 05 taurus. A few weeks ago she borrowed my car and i brought hers to work to do an inspection on it. When i brought her car back to her she didn't want to give me mine back, she loved it. She'* like no fair, you have way more gadgets and power than me, and its 6 years older. I think she'* says she'* gonna trade the ford in soon for a Pontiac and join the rest of the family

I just got an emissions test today on my 03 to get it registered. The guy doing the test was a guy in his mid-to-late 50s. Walked up to the car, opened it carefully. He came back after it passed, got out and looked back at it while he walked around the front, and said quietly to me, "Nice car."

Not everyone likes these cars, but I think many do, especially those who have owned them before. I'd bet that most owners of Bonnevilles like them and have owned more than one.

A lot of people at school don't like my car, until they get up close to them and have a good look. Everyone whose ever rode in it just loves the interior. A guy from work rode with me the other day, he drives an old Geo Prizm, seemed lost in my car, kept saying how big it is lol. I even have a few people dead set on buying one . Especially after a few WOTs, and that'* only an L27 lol.

I did meet a woman at a gas station with a poorly maintained Bonne and asked her how she liked it. She said she was going to sell it because "It is too big. I'm used to smaller cars." Lol. I thought that was a unique answer.

I guess those smaller cars are easier to haul off to the junkyard once you trash them.
