A diet is worthless if you're not going to exercise too. I recommend at the minimum of 30 minutes, 3 times a week. During that 30 minutes, you need to keep your heart rate elevated to see the health benefits.

You can try using a Green Tree herbal supplement or Hydroxycut. It helps curb your appetite and I know several people who've lost weight doing so.

For those of you who would like to gain weight, just hang around the fat guy. You will eat lots of takeout, do little exercise, and before you know it, will easily gain 20-30 pounds in a couple three weeks
