For those of you that saw me and thought I was a bean pole... I actually made it to 138lbs at one point.. I am at 165-170 at current.... I weighed more when I was in HS
Stress slows the metabolism for most causing the body to store more fat, not burn it.

In my situation, I think stress makes me eat more instead of lose, and Liberty Bell Roast beef owns me!!

eh. I beat you all muahahah. I am 6'1'' and 285 lbs. I have normal cholesterol, really normal blood pressure, and other than being overweight, im as healthy as a horse....its just being the SIZE of the horse thats bad. I plan to drop alot of weight this summer. I am starting now. It is slowly but surely working. I lost a bit, then gained it back, but i'm alot more serious about it now, and now I know what works. I hope to drop a few by NEBF, so thats good.

I like guys who are fluffy. It give you more to love. I go more by how a guys personality is than looks. I went that route and learned that the pretty boyz are more trouble than they are worth.

I have a bit of advice. ok guys we all go googly over the girls, but no matter how good looking they are, someone somewhere is tired of putting up with their ****. lol and yes it goes the same for the guys too as Tracy pointed out.

Yeah I'm on a "diet" (heavy use of quotations), too. The "No Fast Food and Non-Diet Pop" diet, hehe. I've been on it for a week, and so far I haven't broke it, and I'm kinda amazed. We'll see what happens...
