i never have but my friend sayed he used to get money for doing it? anyone ever heard of that?

no money for blood that we are talking about
you can get like $50 a time by giving plasma, which is in the blood

Plasma is collected through a process called "plasmapheresis." When you come in to donate, a needle is placed in your vein and your blood is pumped into a specialized spinning device that separates the plasma from the other whole blood components, such as red and white blood cells and platelets. While the plasma is collected, the other blood components are filtered into a reservoir. Once the reservoir is full, your red and white blood cells and platelets are returned to your body.

I don't mind the needle part. I get allergy shots all the time, so I'm used to getting poked.

A+ here, I was doing doubles for a while but it just made me too tired, One pint every second 20th. I like that I can get in and out quick because of these huge veins.

Last time I was there it was 2min flat for a pint. One of the nurses walking by when I was getting poked said, "no No NO! Look at those veins! Use a larger one!!!" and walked away!
