I thought it would be helpful to post some experiences I've recently had with Blockbuster Online. I signed up for it about a month ago and everything was going fine. I got my dvds and I brought them back to the store to get either a movie or a game. This was during the free trial. Once my free trial ended, the movies stopped coming. It took them 2 weeks to notice that I returned one of the movies I sent them. I tried to e-mail them, call them, everything and they still wouldn't respond, even though they claim to "respond in 2-4 hours". Then once it was returned, it'* been 4 days and they STILL HAVEN'T SENT IT OUT! I'm done with them and I thought I'd save you guys the trouble. Just go with netflix

same thing happens with netflix. they impose a "penalty" if you use their service more than they feel you should.

I just cancelled Netflix due to them taking too long. I'm gonna try the Blockbuster service and see if its any better. I've heard good things about it from others.

yea, i'll just stick with driving 2 miles to the video store.
Its not that big of a deal for me
