Jimmy, do you remember where you were on May 3rd? I can remember every detail like yesterday, I was living in Enid at the time, drove all the way back into town listening to Mike Morgan tell all about it going thru Chickasha. I still remember it like yesterday, the way the air smelled and everything

I was about 2-3 miles south of it... :(
I could literally SEE it... the sky was a weird greenish color...

It was heading DIRECTLY for my house, then hooked. I've never been so relieved in my life..
I live on the far northern tip of Norman... :/

My cousin lived in Del City at the time, right off Sunnylane, crossed over Sunnylane like a mile south of him. He sold out after that and moved just south of Norman, a little east of I-35, almost closer to Newcastle than Norman.

The tornado that went thru last year and torn up the GM plant, my father got a few months work outta that, said it was the most incredible devastion he had ever seen

I said learned... By the end of the winter I could actually control it on snow, Ooooh Yeeeaaah. I actually haven't seen real snow since we moved here from Kenosha Wisconsin (like a mile south of GAMEOVER) in Sept 97 though, we just get a sleet/light snow mix and alot of rain here, which I hate.
