I dont know what part of texas youre in, but I can remember a couple of sping breaks ago we were driving through the panhandle ( I think) and there was a freak blizzard.. Over 1 foot of snow on the road.. for a good 5-8 hours, IN THE SPRING! We were all just sittin in our van.. thinking wtf?..
i know, I know, 1 foot of snow isnt crap for you northerners... but its a lot in texas.

I used to live on the NE corner of 20th and 62nd, just south of Roosevelt. We moved because of a shooting on 18th and 61st, stupid gangs..... I had my first job at the Open Pantry at 22nd and 62nd, and my dad wired the bathrooms on Simmons Island

Nope, but I got to be there for the one in 91 or so... It was so cold cars wouldn't start...

Yeah that is the ghetto right there. I lived in a fairly safe area on the northside (12th avenue near 18th st, Carthage College area). Probably good you got out, though. Kenosha is nothing special these days.

right on my block it was still the edge of the ghetto, but a block or two over....

Wow that was totally depressing I hate the weather man he sucks it was like 1/4" of rain when he said 2-4 inchs they also said alot of high winds (none) alot of hail (none probally good thing tho) and thats about it no cool tornados ripping through destroying our pos house so we can get insurance money and move across the street........nothing little bit of rain and literally about 3 load thunder cracks it sucked grrrr :( but everyone south of me is getiing nailed hard as all hell like the next county down from me (milwaukee co)
