Thats funny. Looking though all of those things, what are you paying for? From what I can tell you are paying for Red Hat, a web domain, and a few "safe" exploits.
Actually, if you were really into hacking, and were to lazy to make your own scripts, programs, etc, it might be a good deal. From what I have heard all the programs you download off websites already out there create a backdoor on your machine

hum....how about I save my $89.99 an just go buy my comptia security+ book an learn up, besides theres enough free files an writeups online why pay for it c'mon people...
yes an no, just depends on the program an how much you know about it an security, sub7 is something you need stay away from for that matter but then you can always find something like dameware an use its mini-remote to get onto a machine
