u might want to look into getting keepass all u got to remember is 1 password, the rest of the passwords are encrypted... infact it has a password generator. i heard about it on toms hardware guides.

She shouldn't have said anything and just banned people one by one until someone noticed. That would've been funnier. Personally, I would've banned everyone and changed the password, only temporarily of course, but it would've given the admins a good scare.
