what version? I have 3 books for acad 2000 they are the official book. If this will help you pm me I'm willing to sell or trade.

I have autoCAD 2006.

I talked to my future employer more, and I guess the majority of my work will be in visio (sp?) and some will be in AutoCAD.

I use AutoCAD at work too, actaully Autodesk but same thing...i layout floor plans for houses and junk, i went thgouh an AutoCAD class and an Architectual course in school, and then best help i can offer is either take a class or fool with it for a long time...or use the tutorial mentioned above
