One more bump. Still looking, no luck locally.
486 (DX2) preferred so I can run certain DOS games.
CD drive is completely optional.
Must have color screen and good battery.
TIA. :P

FYI
I have every version of Windows created to my knowledge. Got em off an old forum that a guy named Tomchu used to run. He had a server that he ran and I decided to attack it one night and get em all. The server was basically a compilation of operating systems sent in by everyone. It got taken down not too long after it was put up.
Let me know if you want/need anything. I think there'* even betas of XP (longhorn) and other versions (chicago?).

My daughter has a Gateway Solo Pentium 200Mhz, 2GB HDD,128Mb ram, color screen & Capable of 24 bit color, working floppy and cd drives; but a bum battery. it does work fine off the power supply I think she'd love to unload it at this point since its not up to par playing the games she thought it would.
I haven't tried dos on it. though did try linux, 98se, &W2kpro. I left it running W2kpro...seemed just as quick as anything else. I don';t think my Dos floppies would still be good after all these years.
who'* got dos 6.22?
