Got it here. It sounds like a decent amount of effort would be required to seek damages. And since I was never denied access to my account or improperly charged for services, I'm not concerned about filing any claim.

I got one also but I have never had problems with my account either. I would also not want to do anything to jeapordize my losing Paypal as payment option because I use it when I sell stuff on Ebay and when I buy stuff too.

Never had a single problem with PayPal, but I did get one of those e-mails...
