As for the paramedic comment, are you a paramedic? and you are making over 60K a year?? Because i have several freinds who are paramedics and are in the nursing program now and i know for a fact they make 10-12 dollars an hour. Even for a private company it is still 12 dollars an hour.

As an example, here is a link to a collective agreement (public information) for one of the services in our health region. Typically private companies here pay much less than municipalities.

im going to be a freshman in college this year. im currently majoring in history.
changing major would involve changing schools.
what i think id be interestd in doing is going to a 4yr for a CRNA, then a masters in an AA program, anasthesoligist assistant.
instead of 12 year sin schools, its 6. you get hte smae responsibilites but work under an anasthesoliogst, and you dont get hte label as a doctor
