Another sad day

Well, it happened again. IED blew up under a humvee of ours and 4 guys were critically injured, 1 was killed. 2 of the 4 survivors are not expected to make it. Most have 50%+ burns over their bodys. All five I served with overseas. I wish the best for the familys, and keep them in your prayers. Some of you michigan people might know them,

That is terrible!! We definately need to keep the troops in our prayers and give thanks for those selfless men and women protecting us.
On another note- today would have been my brothers birthday. He died in 95 and Thanksgivings have always been a hard time of the year. For a while my mom cancelled dinners, Jeff was with his dad, and I would just end up spending the day at the bar.
