that is kinda crap, if your os crashed, it should repair itself easily, idk how many bsod'* i've had since i built my computer, but never bad enough to lose all the files such as pictures and stuff.....even if the os wouldn't load, the guy should've been able to get the pictures and other stuff on there, unless the hard drive took a ****

and ps, don't ever hook up 2 hard drives while the power supply is on, because you are anxious to set up raid, because it will cause them to spark bad and have a bad smell in the room for a week or 2.......lol
