The girl probably should look at a restraining order as well.

Some more important information that I didn't include that I should have. They have an 8 month old son together and have joint custody. I've already talked to her about a restraining order, but she doesn't want to do that to the "father of her son." He hit her last night closed fist across the face and she'* still not doing anything about it. Where do I go to get a restraining order? I don't call the sherrif that filed the report for me in the first place, do I? Or do I have to go to the station? Another large fear I have is that this pyscho is going to find out where I live and come after me that way. When something like a restraining order is put on someone, or charges are pressed, the plaintiff'* address isn't given on the form is it? I'm totally naive when it comes to anything involving the law. I've never had to do anything like this before EVER. Then again, I've never had my life threatened both verbally, and physically as well.

It sounds like you're dealing with a genuine psycho & I'm guessing that Daddy'* been getting him out of trouble all his life. Did the police say whether or not this guy has been arrested before?

Yes he has. Two years ago he was pulled over for a DUI (he'* 19 ), and the year after that, he stole his dad'* brand new Suburban and ran off the road while high into another car. He didn't serve any time or have any consequences for either of those incidents as far as I know.

EDIT: this is one of the voicemails that he left me. (EXTREME LANGUAGE WARNING)

#2 was left to me somehting like 11 at night one night. I was in bed sleeping when he left that one. I don't even know where she was. I think she was out shopping with a friend or something.

The 'stuff' I was doing with his "girlfriend" was JUST hanging out, while other people were there. The drinking was a small party of probably 5-7 people from where I work just hanging out after work and relieving some stress. He happened to show up and see me there that night. Keep in mind that they haven't been together for more than three months so it'* not like there is any way in hell I 'broke up his family' or anything like that. This voicemail was taken into evidence by the Sherrif to be presented as evidence to the judge. I don't know how he could rule it was "irrelevant" to the assault.

WOW....what a freak. Those voicemails sound like he is totally f***** up!

I'd just stop hanging out with this chick. If you arent getting your *** handed to you by a freeking nutjob or having harassing messages left on your phone, is the quality time with this chick worth it?

He'll never go away, they've got a damn baby. He'* not going to get out the picture any time soon....

I say fight the courts, and dump the chick. You don't want anything to do with her.

She has a kid with him. He will be around all the time. He won't change.

She'* dumb enough to get punched in the face by the guy, and then not do anything about it...... She'* not worth it just from that fact alone. If she had any kind of a brain, she'd get a restraining order on him. Father, or not the father... Doesn't matter. She has to take care of herself so she can raise the kid. The douche bag ex-b/f isn't going to raise the kid... There'* a lot of dead women that did the same thing she is doing now.

That'* really sh*tty that they just dropped the charges. That judge needs to be removed.
