All you young (and most of us not-so-young anymore) guys need to print that out and keep a copy in your wallet and one on your bedroom dresser. You can't be reminded enough times that these really ARE the rules, like it or not.

And despite all your best efforts, once #3 is uttered, there'* no returning back to normal until "something" has appeased her. Don't ask me what that "something" is though...I don't have a clue (or so I've been told on occasion).

Uh huh...jewelry works sometimes. But do you realize how much jewlery I'd have to buy if I used it every time?

I may be young and inexperienced, but I have found that most of my girlfriends had so much jewelry, they didn't know what they did and did not have. I could've easily "borrowed" a piece from the jewelry box and gave it to them as a gift, they would've never known the difference.

that don't work when they have honed their "nagging" skills. They know exactly what piece a daughter has "borrowed".
