3000gt twin turbo
So I just declined an offer to race a mitsu 3000gt vr6 and a Regal with the 3800 * II (same as me) but with the supercharger....prolly a good idea huh? lol. I must admit, i took a ride in that vr6 last night and its pretty sweet sounding, dual turbo with a blowoff. But anyways in either case i woulda been smoked
AS long as there was no racing and it'* just a innocent translation of a ride in a quick car there isn't a problem.... just don't push the limits that are allowed.
I have always wanted to ride in a 3000GT VR6 or Stealth TT, but I have never known anyone with one or really seen them for sale at a dealer around here.
Interestingly last night I was browsing Stealth R/T TT and 3000GT VR6'* last night for a friend who wants one. Didn't realize the 3000 GT VR6 was made up until 1999. They are still in the $35-40k range with under 40k miles.

uhh this wasnt talking about racing really, just offered to race them. No racing actually was done this was more of a story about the 3000gt.
But yeah I guess they are a bit rare. Impressive though. He paid $13,000 for it and it had 36,000 miles...to me that sounds like a good deal. I love the lil features on it. The rear spoiler shifts positions after a certin mph to give more downforce and little front spoiler type things come out of the front grill he was saying. I guess his fav thing to do is wave his spoiler at the other ricers to tell them goodbye before he takes off and leaves them in the dust
and i'll tell you...that twin turbo sound with the blowoff valve almost made me pitch a tent

And they sound totally awesome. The 3000GT though, fast stuff, heavy car too.
Bandit and I'* brother (who'* younger than me, and older than him) got to drive a friend'* Stealth TT AWD AWS (yes, all wheel steering) after said friend lost his license due to doubling (and sometimes tripling) the speed limit.
Our friend did say that 160mph is kinda spooky.
(I think it was 160... can't remember the exact number.)
