I was at a red light behind 3 cars. After the light the one lane street turns into 2. When it hit green the 3000gt went really slow and followed the other slowpoke infront of him into the far lane. This left me with nothing to to but fly by both of them. But when it gt saw me creaping up he gunned it and caught up to me. He was going faster then me for like a sec but then as he shifted my car was just pulling away strong. He didn't have a chance to pass me after that. And he did have enough room to do it too, just not fast enough. he he.
I always looked at those things and wondered if they were faster. Nope!

Can't stand those cars...

Mitsuibishi cars were just recently introduced in Canada...I have never seen such a lousy car, no fit and finish at all.

Not sure about the 3000GT, but their sedan the Lancer...oye, brutal looking car :P

The FWD 3000'* are slow but the AWD 3000 GT VR-4'* are very very fast.

320 hp and AWD is very good.

The new EVO 8 looks very bad ***. AWD 270 some hp and a water misting system for the intercooler.

It will be the most powerful 4 cylinder sold into the US at least untill the Subaru WRX STI goes on sale with its 300 hp 2.5 liter flat 4 and 6-speed manual.

I barely ever see the AWD 320 HP 3000GT'* .. it'* kinda like how u see millions of V6 mustangs runnin around town..but like only one or 2 of 'em are actually GT'*. Actually..i know this is kind of an old topic, but i think that'* why Firebirds are gone.. They made too many expensive Trans-Ams *v8 power..which scared off some buyers , and they didnt make enough v6 convertable firebirds which is gonna sell alot more to common buyers who aren't looking for power..but for looks and a cheap price. I can't wait to find a 3000GT wantin' some.. we'll see.

The last time I was at the track in Ennis I took out a 3000 GT. He would have got me but my launch and R/T killed him. His 1/4 mile time and trap speed were better, but like I said; my R/T and my 60ft kicked his a$$. So it was no fluke that our friend got some meat this time. Good Kill !

Heres a good tip. 3000GT and Dodge Stealth are the same dang thing. Take any chance to beat on either one! :P
