I'm not sure how many states use it but all over in the state of MN there are Xs, random lines, and Ts painted in white on the pavement and if it looks like you're going too fast you get timed by air patrol and if you get too good of a qualifying ti. . . I mean too fast a time they get the ground patrol on you. Hes gonna get a lot more than just a speeding ticket. Last I heard they were deciding if they wanted to add wreckless driving or wreckless endangerment onto the charges. They tried clocking the guy twice, both times the math came to 200+ mph. They were gonna try a third time but he was outrunning the plane.

It'* actually a Very accurate(and probably the best) way to clock speeders,....they just clock you from the air at any angle/view OR distance/altitude from the road,....all they have to do is see when a vehicle passes a designated mark on the road,put any stopwatch on the vehicle until it passes the next pre-measured mark on the road,punch the speed-calculating formula into any calculator,and come up with your speed,right to the mile-per-hour.Most times the vehicle doesn't even see the aircraft that nails them

but honestly, in 10 years when all this blows over, that guy'* gonna have one whale of a story! but he'll never be able to get a job delivering pizzas....

but if he could you could sure count on getting your pizza in under 30 minutes
