I'm under the assumption that the LS9 will be the 8.1

The rumor mill has a "charged" LS9 engine under the hood as a Corvette ...

all speculation..

it'* a wait and see thing

They won't put a big block back in the Vette.

There is just no reason that I could see them slamming a 496 under the hood... Terrible mileage, lacking the small block revving capabilities, much heavier and larger then a small block.

The Cafe regulations alone will slam the door shut on that right away, not to mention that a big block is not really meant for a world beater sports car.

Just so you know I read more then one forum I look at more then one magazine..

I have seen many great reviews on the new CTS, but I really didn't expect it to take the COTY award. :P

I really do like the wider look to them. IMO, the older ones just look to skinny and tall, although I would still definately own one

I was behind a new CTS yesterday on the highway. It was pearl white and amazing looking. I love this car. It'll probably be my next several years down the road as long as its reliability is good.

I resent that remark...actually, I resent both the implication that my Buick looks like a lowly Caddy, and the implication that it was an insult to the Caddy.

Actually, I kinda liked the looks of the last gen a little better. The new one is just a bit over the top.
