Body is in decent shape, Some minor concerns,will need paint soon.
Obviously the owner didn't really care if it got scratched or not and the trunk is in pretty bad shape. Black w/ gray int.not much room for a big guy IMO but,it'* going to be the wifes.

Check engine light is on and will have scanned for codes next time we look at it

hrm... with the possibility of needing paint and the check engine light, i'd try and knock $1000 off the price and go from there.

$8500 seems kinda steep with the way you described the condition of it.
In the past month I have seen 4 2000-2001 SSEi'* in excellent, well cared for, condition with *ASKING* prices of under $4700. Yeah, they all had between 108,xxx and 140,xxx miles, but as we know a well cared for 3800 can last a long time, and a well cared for Bonneville will out last one that wasn't.

That'* just not right....

I think they are worth a lot more than that

If you really want to make some cash, buy them and bring them up here. You'd get twice that easily.
