Default $800 for a car...cheap, replacing ball joints $@#@%. (rant)

Well yesterday I had the oppurtunity to lift my car to change the transmission fluid and to grease the ball joints. WELL guess what, the ball joints have not seen one drop of grease in a long time. How long you ask, THEY ARE ALL EMPTY and CRACKED!!!! . In a futile attempt to put the grease in I was rewarded with all the grease coming back out. :( Well stay tuned for the next episode (all the shocks are SHOT)

End Rant

The grease fitting most likely have some rust on them, did you try changing the fittings?

No the grease fittings are fine, the grease would go into the ball joint and leak out of the rubber material that holds the grease in. :(

I appreciate the help, I just wanted to line up all the dead balljoints and give them a proper burial.
