Need a lil help here :?
My sister sent me this stupid exe called funny.exe, like an idiot I accpeted the file transfer, it installed some stupid thing that generates a pop up...constanty. The pop up reads
Run-time error '75';
Path/File access error
I deleted the .exe but its not clearing the Windows generated pop up
any ideas?!

I'm not sure if this is really gonna help but I've been having annoying computer programs, and decided to just delete every file that was created on the day I downloaded the problem file. So, I just searched that day'* worth of created files and went through deleting. It'* nontechnical but might help you find any hidden files that were loaded.
edit: this might be obvious (granted it wasn't at first to me). when you run the search, run it on your entire C drive and make sure it is searching for files created that day and in all of the subfolders and hidden drives.

A good scandisk can solve a lot of surface problems. you should look for everything and anything to do with that file, and delete it. windows update as well could help you out with future problems if they occur
