Very cool to get a house at your age and no mortgage. Staying out of debt and living as your resources allow is a big key in living life large. BTW, Welcome To the GMForum. Great to see you and a couple of your friends find us. I don't get out of the Forum Basement much, but if you ever see any similarities to your old haunt, just PM me. I byte hard and have no tolerance to petty beatdown attitudes.

Welcome to the GMForum. Looks like you can help others on this site with as much experience that you've had tearing down and rebuilding. Look forward to your participation on the site.

Wow pretty good steal on that house. Must have worked really hard to have that much, I didn't even have enough in savings to completely pay for my Bonneville let alone even thinking about paying cash for a house.
