Default plastic buzzing from 2002 sle over bumps

Hii,

my bonneville is driving me nuts,26k, bad steering shaft, loose tie rod,
idle that adjusts at every stop w/A/C on and an accursed buzzing from
the mid dash area over bumps...anything about these problems on 02'*
I had an 96 se,176K , strong runner, SOLID CAR(bad paint) These new
ones seem to be finished very poorly.

Default Did you buy it new?

It sounds like the car has been front-ended. Way too new for worn out front end. Bad A/C and buzzing sounds like replacement parts, blower motor loose. Worth fixing if you're going to hold on to it, unless the front subframe is bent. A good body shop could tell you the truth, if you're strong enough to hear it. Welcome!
