Just joined up, used to drive a 1992 Bonneville SSEi, fully loaded. It had well over 100,000 miles on it and ran better than any brand new car my dad had ever bought, lol. Not bad for under $1000, aye? Unfortunately a head-on collision ended that cars life. Blasted Toyota Avalons and their magnetic attraction to Bonnevilles...
Now I drive a 1992 Bonneville SE that runs a little weary, but I guess that'* what you get when the previous owners attached a trailer hitch to it and blew out the speakers. Workin on slowly getting it back into good shape, but so far its still a champion on the road!
P.*. I'm having a little trouble with accelerating sometimes, it shudders and makes popping noises, but only occasionally when I'm in motion and trying to accelerate rapidly. Buddy mechanic thinks it may be an issue with the EGR Valve. Any suggestions would greatly help! ^_^

It might very well be an issue with the EGR valve. Most 92 SE'* didn't get one from the factory.
Post your problem in the 92-99 section and we'll take a crack at working it out with you.
