Hey....another Ei owner! !!!!

Welcome.. ask all the crazy quesitons you have.. we've got tons of answers.

For performance intake you'll probably want to search, you'll find gutting the airbox will help..and a fenderwell intake is avaiable.

I am pretty set on having a FWI, is there any diy'* on making one? They look simple from intense. Also, what about gutting the intake? just drilling holes in the intake?

If you are aiming for FWI..then don't worry about the gutting. It'* basically opening up the baffling inside...

DYI..not really.. besides the gutting.

The Intense one is very easy and a good quality product from what I have seen.

thanks, I'll just plan on purchasing the Intense FWI. Do you know if it changes the sound of the engine too much?

Well, I would imagine you'd hear much more whine from the supercharger.

When I gutted my stock air box, I went from having no blower whine to having a nice, delightful howl whenever I cracked the throttle open. I can't get enough of it.
