Default Newbe here

Hi Guys,, not sure this is the correct spot for this intro,, but here goes,,
My Name is Bill, I an 75 Y/O, live in Portland Oregon,, a retired/ formal commercial const, contractor,
I have been playing with cars since I was in diapers,, (except they were known old flour sacks back then)
My dad was a Chev / Oldsmobile dealer from the mid 40'* through late 60'*, so cars was in my blood,,
I am more into the older cars,, classics/hotrods
My toys now consist of a 69 Pontiac Bonneville, and a 48 Anglia Thames Panel Gasser still a project but getting close ,, some pictures, don't know if the Bonneville is in there or not,,

Thanks to all of you guys.. and for the comments on the Anglia, I've had it for probably 8 years. but just recently got serious about getting it done,, I have a 10yo grandson that hounds me constantly to go work on it.. so its pretty much turned into OUR project,, and will most likely end up being his car,,,,
I know its not a GM product but is powered by a GM engine,, so does that count?
There is a 36 Chev sedan in those pictures that we built a few years back,, a corvette LS1 and matching computer controlled tranny,,, runs and drives like a new old car,,
several other projects in there also,, a 56 Nash Metro that we stretched out 22inches, full NHRA approved chassis,,

Hey it had a GM heart, that is good enough for me!

Sounds like a lot of fun to have as a project with your grandson, my great-grandfather raised me pretty much, and he had me out there watching him when he'd work on the car, and have me helping him with what I could at around that same age, he will always appreciate that time spent with you working on it, and the learning experience!
