Default New member ahhh

Hello everyone, names Nick, and my current mode of transportation is a 97.5 Regal GS with all the mods and info below. I am always unsure whether I should continue to mod it, or if I should just stop now, and slowly find stock parts to put it back to stock to trade it in. Oh well.. ANYWAYS, I am a member on ILGPC.com as well as ClubGP.com with this same name. I've always had a soft spot for Bonnevilles, and have actually been "secretly" viewing this site, and finally decided it was time for me to join.

I hope to make a few posts, and learn some more about these sexy lookin cars, and maybe meet up with some fellow enthusiasts. Great club you have here!

-Nick

Welcome to BC, Nick!

Obviously, we're not the ones to ask about Bonnevilles, since we love them and will give you totally biased information designed to make you covet the car of our obsession.

We can't help it...

But guess what? We really don't care that much if you drive one or not. Hang around anyway.

enjoy!

Haha I love the "this thread is worthless without pics" and I'm so VERY guilty of dare I say.. NEVER taking a pic of my car!? AND I have a digital camera! Maybe I can snap a pic of it right now (getting SNOWED on).. Let me see what I can do.

BTW, I originally found this site due to my grandmother having a 1989 Bonneville LE with a vinyl top. It didnt have the crappy gearing either! Cloth, bench seat, column shifter, tach, but the less informative DIC. She sold it and bought a 97 LeSabre.

Speak for yourself, I'm not against telling you about the quirks that make me hate my Bonne sometimes

There'* my 2 amateur shots. I'm not good with a camera. The car right now is on the street, but I will move it to the driveway after while.

It is a REALLY unsuspecting, unassuming car. Pretty much why I love it.

Yes sir, I recently bought a cheapie from RadioShack to entertain myself and find out "info" on my bi-weekly trips to Madison.

I originally hated the color, I never was fond of green, but its grown on me. Unfortunately the paint needs a good clay, buff, polish, wax, to get its lustre back.
