could replace rockers, intake and drop a pulley size. shift kit. if ur motor is healthy enough, maybe a 50-100 shot of NOS

Roller rockers are $350 on zzperformance.com. I just sold a used set to someone for cheap. They're advertised to gain 10%, so in your case, 20hp?

If you want to improve performance on your car, you need to port your heads, plain and simple. The S1 3800 heads have terrible casting imperfections and overly small exhaust ports that you can do worlds with if you had a dremel and a few grinding stones. I can post up pictures of the work I did on mine when I get home, just send me a PM to remind me.

Just dont grind on the valve seat like a buddy of mine did. LOL

You can grind around it, just don't actually touch the center of the hole.

right. But he had the valves removed and for somereason started grinding on the valve seats. So the valves couldnt make a seal anymore. Those heads were junked
