Default New Here

Hello!

Just thought I would introduce myself. I have a 2000 GMC Sierra Z71 and a 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe LT 4x4. I just bought the Tahoe on Monday. The dealer I bought it from was not sure of the type, brand or height of the lift, so I can't say what it is. Maybe someone who has more experience with lifts could potentially guess.

Here is my GMC (needs to be washed):

Here is my Chevy:

Welcome to the forums, nice rides, not sure about the lift kit used, they both look good riding high!

both look good. i think it would be hard to tell unless they printed there name somewhere on it, they normally have big drop bracket between the front control arms might have something on it or a part number. if i had to take a WAG, the tires look pretty close to stock diameter so the lift is like 3-4 inches. what size are they?

That new Tahoe looks really clean! I think you just washed it !
Like the Sierra'* , great trucks and has steel bumpers !
You could get a rough idea of lift height by measuring center of your hub to inside/bottom of fender flare.
Then compare it to a stock Tahoe.
Oh & Welcome the the forum Elizabeth.

Thanks, guys! Tire size on the Tahoe is 305/55/R20. I was guessing 3-4 inch lift, as well. Both vehicles I got lucky purchasing. Both had previous owners who took great care of them. I'm excited to be part of the forums. I will definitely come here for all of my questions!

most stock tires are about 32 and that is 33, not much difference. probably good for your drivetrain and suspension they didnt go crazy
